Redoubt Mgmt is a family-owned property investment and management business, Australian owned and operated from Perth, Western Australia, with our team working across Indonesia and the Philippines.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our other channels, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect what you choose to tell us: your name, your email address and phone number, what you're thinking about investing in, your budget range, and any preferred time you've asked us to call.
If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp instead, we keep a record of that conversation and whatever details you share in it.
We don't ask for, and don't want, sensitive information — passport scans, bank details or identity documents — through the website form. If a working together becomes real, anything like that is collected separately, directly, and only when it's actually needed.
We use your details for one core purpose: to answer your enquiry and have the one-on-one conversation you've asked for. Practically, that means replying to you, preparing for the call, and following up afterwards.
If we begin working together, your details become part of how we manage that relationship — updates, reports, and the everyday administration of looking after your property or your learning.
We like keeping in touch with people who've shown interest, but we won't put you on a marketing list without asking first, and every message we send will have a way to stop receiving them.
Your enquiry is read by our own team — the people who will actually have the conversation with you. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
We rely on a small number of service providers to run things — the platform that stores enquiry submissions and the service that delivers our emails among them. They process information on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service, and they don't get to use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose personal information if we're genuinely required to by law, or to protect our legal rights.
Enquiry submissions are stored securely with our hosting provider. Access is restricted to our team.
We keep enquiry records while they're relevant — for as long as it takes to have the conversation, and afterwards if we end up working together, for as long as the business relationship and any legal record-keeping requires. If your enquiry didn't go further, we keep it for a reasonable period so we can pick the thread back up if you return, and then remove it.
Because we operate across Australia, Indonesia and the Philippines, your information may be handled by our team in those countries and stored with providers located outside Australia. Where that happens, we still apply the care described in this policy.
You can ask us at any time to show you what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that's wrong, or to delete it. Email us and we'll sort it out — we'd rather do that than have you give up on us.
If you've asked us not to contact you again, we won't. It's a small business; a name on a do-not-contact note is one we remember.
This website keeps things deliberately simple. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't build advertising profiles from your visit. If we add measurement tools later to understand which pages help people, we'll keep them proportionate and update this policy when we do.
As the business grows, this policy will grow with it. Any updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date, so it's always worth a look before you share something new.
