Redoubt MGMT began with a simple conviction: advice about hospitality property is only as good as the operating experience behind it.
Perth foundations, Bali operations
Redoubt MGMT is Australian-owned and was founded in Perth. Our property investment advisory and acquisition focus is Bali, island-wide. Through HOMESAFE, our hospitality brand, we own and operate villas and hostels across Asia, including Bali and the Philippines. That broader operating experience informs the work we do for clients in Bali.
We are deliberately boutique. We take on a limited number of client engagements so that each receives private attention from people directly involved in the work, rather than being handed off to a sales desk.
Why being operators matters
Running villas and hostels under our HOMESAFE brand means we live with the consequences of every decision: the lease clause that limits a renovation, the season that runs quieter than expected, the pump that fails at 10pm. Those lessons shape the questions we ask before a client commits in Bali.
It also keeps us honest. We would rather explain why an opportunity does not fit than collect a fee for a property we would not want to operate.
What we do not do
We are not a law firm, tax adviser or licensed financial adviser. Where you need those services, we brief and coordinate independent qualified professionals who advise you directly. We do not guarantee returns, and we do not list properties we have not assessed.
