The concept
HOMESAFE is our hospitality brand, operating villas and hostels across Asia. From Bali to the Philippines, our teams handle guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance, reservations and the details that turn an asset into a reliable stay.
We created it for two reasons. First, to operate a hospitality business we believe in. Second, to make sure every recommendation we give a client is grounded in current, first-hand operating experience: the realities of guest expectations, care schedules, staffing, maintenance and pricing in Bali today.
We bring the systems we use at HOMESAFE to client properties under management in Bali: housekeeping standards, guest communication, maintenance logs and owner-style reporting. Redoubt MGMT’s property investment advisory and acquisition focus remains Bali.
